There are limitations to a telemedicine visit- if the clinician decides that your medical condition needs immediate attention or a physical exam, then you will be asked to reschedule with the primary care provider, at the clinic for an in-person visit. There may be additional wait time for this visit.
If you have urgent care needs, then the provider may request you to go to urgent care or the emergency room.
